1. Eligibility

The #FUNdelivery8 #AprilFools Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of The United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of FUN.delivery, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

Entries will be accepted starting March 1, 2026, and ending April 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM HST. All entries must be posted and visible by the deadline to be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Create a Video: Record a video featuring a prank using a FUN.delivery product.

  2. Upload: Post the video to Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.

  3. Tag & Hashtag:

    • Tag @fundeliveryus in the caption or video.

    • Include the hashtag #FUNdelivery8 and #AprilFools in the caption.

  4. Privacy: Ensure your account is set to "Public" so the entry can be viewed and verified.

4. Content Guidelines (The "Don't Be a Jerk" Clause)

To keep the spirit of April Fools' Day fun, entries must NOT:

  • Depict illegal acts, harassment, or physical harm to any person or animal.

  • Involve the destruction of private or public property.

  • Contain "NSFW" (Not Safe For Work) or sexually explicit content.

  • Safety First: Any entry deemed dangerous or malicious by the judges will be disqualified immediately.

5. Judging & Selection

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by the FUN.delivery creative team (Kim & Annie). Entries will be judged based on:

  • Creativity & Originality (40%)

  • Humor & Entertainment Value (40%)

  • Product Integration (20%)

  • Note: Likes, views, and follower counts do NOT influence the judging process.

6. The Prize

The winner will receive $1,000 USD, payable via PayPal, Venmo, or Bank Transfer. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes related to the prize.

7. Rights Granted by You

By entering this contest, you understand and agree that FUN.delivery shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use your entry (video, name, and handle) for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, and public relations purposes without any further compensation.
